2022 Exempt Organizations

Salary Survey

Provided as a resource to nonprofit and other exempt organizations since 1998, our goal in conducting this Salary Survey is to provide valuable salary related information to enable organizations to attract and retain talented employees.  In addition to compensation data for executive leadership and department directors we compiled results on fridge benefits, software applications, work environment, leadership retirement, and compensation structure changes.

There are many ways to display the results. Our goal is to assemble reliable data about salaries and related operational information from a broad spectrum of exempt organizations. The selected presentation model conveys the information in a format that is easy to read, consistent, and concise. This data should be helpful to leadership, officers, and board members.
