Lindsay Evans Appointed to Young Audiences of Western New York Board

Lumsden McCormick is pleased to announce that Lindsay Evans has been named to the Young Audiences Western New York Board of Directors. Young Audiences Western New York is a nonprofit organization that works with educational systems, the arts community and private and public sectors to provide arts education to children.
Lindsay Evans
Lindsay has been with Lumsden McCormick for three years, currently serving as the Marketing Communications Coordinator. Lindsay is responsible for assisting with all marketing efforts and is primarily responsible for the Firm’s social media presence, website and all internal and external communications. Lindsay is a 2006 graduate of Canisius College earning a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and a 2008 graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, earning a Masters of Education degree in Special Education. Prior to joining the Firm Lindsay taught middle school science and is a novice photographer. She is on the board of YNPN Greater Bflo and volunteers with Cradle Beach Camp, SPCA Paws for Love, Big Brothers Big Sisters and Meals on Wheels of WNY.

Young Audiences of Western New York’s mission is to make the arts a part of young people’s lives in order to enhance their development as creative and productive human beings. They offer assembly, workshop and long term residency programs with professional artists, committed to their craft, and using it as a tool for creative learning. Art forms include music, multi-media arts, theater, dance, and visual and literary arts. Young Audiences serves the eight counties of Western New York, including Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans, and Wyoming.
