Lumsden McCormick took part in a virtual discussion Wednesday, February 18 via a TwitterChat, hosted by LaunchNY and Startup Grind Buffalo. Using the hashtag #LaunchHour, the conversation was geared towards startups in WNY, discussing the steps entrepreneurs follow to start a business, and the resources available in the region to support their endeavors.
Advice about finding a trusted advisor and making sure to define a business plan, including a financial forecast, are all vital to the survival of a startup. Lumsden responded to questions and posed insights on the importance of making a plan, having a trusted advisor on your team, keeping the future in mind.
