Cory has over 13 years of experience providing tax services to commercial businesses and individuals. He specializes in assisting clients navigate the myriad of business development incentivesoffered by various Federal, State and Local agencies to encourage regional investment, spur job creation and foster economic growth. 

Brian J. Kern, CPA - Principal, Tax
Brian is an experienced tax professional and devotes his professional time to structuring tax strategies in the areas of compliance, consulting, planning and transactional work. 

Doug C. Muth, CPA - Principal, Audit
Doug is a principal in Lumsden McCormick’s accounting and auditing department and has been with the Firm since 2008.  Prior to joining the Firm, he worked at a national CPA firm for three years.   Doug has experience providing services to financial institutions, workers’ compensation trusts, employee benefit plans, and other commercial businesses, including those in manufacturing, construction, and general service industries. 

Jonathan L. Roller, CPA - Principal, Audit
Jon has been an active member of the auditing and accounting group for the past nine years and manages audits, reviews, compilations and consulting services for manufacturers, contractors, other commercial business entities, non-profits, and governments. With extensive experience in planning and performing these services, Jon is responsible for managing and participating in the fieldwork performed. 

Joel M. Marsh, CPA - Manager, Tax
Joel is a member of our tax and forensic accounting departments serving commercial businesses, individuals and workers’ compensation self-insurance trust funds.  He has been with the Firm since 2008 beginning as a tax intern, following which he joined our tax team permanently. 

Robert S. Torella, CPA - Manager, Audit
Bob joined Lumsden McCormick in July 2010 as a staff accountant in the auditing and accounting department. As an auditor Bob works primarily with exempt organizations, specifically nonprofit organizations and educational institution, as well as employee benefit plans, auto dealerships and other commercial entities. 

Crystal J. Bojanowski, CPA - Senior, Tax
Crystal started with the Firm in 2012 as a spring intern in the tax department, then joined us permanently in July of that year. She is responsible for tax compliance services to individuals, concentrating on matters related to estates and trusts.  

Elizabeth S. Krause, CPA - Senior, Audit
Liz earned a Master’s degree in Forensic Accounting from Canisius College and an undergraduate degree from the State University of New York College at Geneseo.  As a member of the audit department, she is responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial statements.  

Caitlin C. Root, CPA - Senior, Audit
Caitlin, a senior accountant in our audit department, serves commercial businesses and exempt organizations by performing review, audit and bookkeeping services. Caitlin earned a Master's degree in Forensic Accounting from Canisius College and a BS in accounting from University at Albany.

Mark D. Stack, CPA - Senior, Tax
Mark is responsible for tax compliance services to businesses and individuals. He is a graduate of St. John Fisher College earning a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Mark acquired retail and customer service experience working for more than five years. 

Daniel R. Swift, CPA - Senior, Audit
Dan joined Lumsden McCormick in 2013 as a member of our audit team serving healthcare and exempt organizations. He graduated from Liberty University (Lynchburg, VA) with a MBA and a BS in Accounting from St. John Fisher College. 

Colleen M. McCarthy - Brisbane Consulting Group, Staff Analyst
Colleen joins Brisbane Consulting Group full time as a Staff Analyst. Colleen is responsible for valuation, forensic accounting and litigation support services. Prior to joining us full time Colleen interned with Brisbane Consulting Group and graduated in January of 2015 with a MS in Professional Accountancy from Daemen College.
