Mary Ellen Biery interviewed Sara Dayton, CPA and Doug Sosnowski, CPA/ABV, ASA, CFF of Brisbane Consulting Group for the article about "The Accountant," which was released October 17, 2016.
Doug is featured throughout the article, while Sara commented on the mannerisms of your average accountant as portrayed by Ben Affleck:
“When he figured out how the money was misappropriated, I leaned over to my wife, Kristi, and said, ‘That’s what I do,’” Sosnowski said. “She smiled and patted my back.”
“Although a lot of [Wolff’s] mannerisms were due to his Asperger Syndrome, there are certainly aspects of his personality that are typical of your average accountant: a need for order, a general love of numbers, and attention to detail,” said Sara Dayton, a partner and leader of Lumsden McCormick’s government services group.
